Research On Automatic Pipe-canal Equipment For Water-saving Irrigation

China is a country with severe water shortages,at the same time,only agricultural irrigation water accounts for about 70% of the national production water above,therefore,agricultural water saving is the important measure to alleviate water shortages in China.At present,most of the cultivated land in our country adopt the traditional irrigation methods,namely,border irrigation and furrow irrigation,etc.,first or ditch irrigation when beds where leakage is serious,deep leakage,causing the waste of water,and the moisture of strip tail or tail groove space is often inadequate,causing low irrigation uniformity,low water use efficiency,forming a large amount of irrigation water waste.How to handle this situation has become an urgent problem.The irrigation system of the automatic pipe canal in the field includes the system of the canal system and the hydrodynamic system.Among them,the system of the field pipe canal,including the basin,canal,traction rope,pulleys,ball and gate valves;The water power system,including multi-stage energy saving water turbine,transmission shaft,active wheel and moving wheel.The device by the pipeline water driven in multistage energy-saving hydraulic turbine to provide power,by a variable speed system converts the rotation of the turbine to traction rope traction,so as to drive the ball moving,when the tube drainage in the irrigation water to meet the ball plug,plug from the ball began to overflow,so as to realize the purpose of automatic water saving irrigation.Research conclusions: the system of water saving effect is obvious,than traditional irrigation water saving 32.27%,a large number of water saving irrigation,effectively save the shortage of agricultural water resources in our country.Irrigation water,at the same time the system accurately,to water quality requirement is not high,basically solved the traditional irrigation methods of ridge and furrow irrigation water evenness is low,low efficiency of irrigation water use.And the system channel irrigation water is used as the power,control and automatic irrigation irrigation system,eliminating the extra motivation,artificial irrigation saves labor,liberated the Labour force.The system in terms of farmland irrigation than traditional irrigation methods has significant advantages,to relieve the strain on China's agricultural water question has important practical significance,and has certain application value.
