Research On Liquid Feed Weight Add Equipment Based On SolidWorks Design

Initiated in the 1970 s, Chinese Feed industry has gradually formed the main body status of feed industry in the past more 30 years. The total output of Feed production in our country increased from 35.7 million tons in 1991 to 180.63 million tons in 2011, and the output value reached 634.8 billion yuan. But the competition gradually fierce in the industry, the enterprise competition mergers even bankruptcy gradually reduce the number of feed companies, and the feed production enterprise decreased from more than 15000 to 10000 or so. "The big fish eat small fish, small fish eat shrimp" will appear in the feed industry,scientific and technological innovation is necessary to survive in the development of the society. This paper combined with feed industry laws and regulations and adapted to the market economy development, integrated innovation to develop a set of weighing type liquid add equipment, increasing the feed conversion ratio while improving feed quality and economic benefits, enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise.According to the feed industry related laws regulations and literature, the feed industry standard moisture content can be controlled at about 12.5%. But the general feed moisture content is only at 9.7%, there remains 2% ~ 3% moisture value space. This paper combined with biotechnology, nutrition science and feed processing equipment technical knowledge such as research in the field of water and add the equipment process, integrated development of single components and equipment with the use and the position relationship between function, make the whole equipment conform to the requirements of the feed production and feed standard, the design idea is as follows:1?Research market and feed enterprises demands, design the process of weighing type water add equipment;2?Meet the requirements of automatic adding water biggest weighing, according to the water requirement of design and calculation of each batch of volume;3?Analysis of flow resistance, calculating system required pressure of line and nozzle,select and design the pump;4?Designing line automatic pressure relief system to ensure that the pipe is blocked pipeline safety and protect the motor;Based on 3D software SolidWorks, some items to be noticed in installation process of the only production parts and equipment were summarized to avoid foreseeable and preventable defects, improved the design efficiency, reduced the development and design exchange time,and also saved the cost of the unit. Weighing type water add equipment applications have gotten pretty good feedback from feed enterprises, improving the feed industry profitability.
