Eight strains of probiotics were fermented and made into mono-cultures respectively. Then they were mixed with non-antibiotics feed of broiler(42-49days).These feed with probiotics were pelleted at A(0.1 Mpa,65℃),B(0.2Mpa, 70℃),C( 0.3Mpa, 75℃).It was used to study the effect of Livability of them after Probiotics Pelletized. The result showed that the livability of probiotics decreased with the temperature and pressure being raised gradually.TS-01(Bacillus licheniformis),TS-02(Bacillus subtilis),TS-08(Streptococcus lactis) and TS-10(Saccharomyces cerevisiae) were adequate for pelleting condition.Their mortality was2.69%,0,26.2%,8.95% under the condition of A. However, the mortality of TS-04(Lactobacillus casei) ,TS-05(Lactobacillus Plantarum) ,TS-06(Streptococcus faecalis) and TS-11(Candida utilis) were 52.1%,99.5%,99.92%,95.7%, which were too much hight .They were not fit for being made into pelletion. With 4 strians probiotics that could resist pelleting environment ,a experment was done to study the relation between preservation time and probiotics livability. The mortality of TS-01(Bacillus licheniformis),TS-02(Bacillus subtilis) and TS-10(Saccharomyces cerevisiae) was very low within 90 days. It was proved that preservation time had little effect on these 3 strians probiotics. But the mortality of TS-08(Streptococcus lactis) was declining quickly after 45 days. At 90 days, The mortality was 93.7%.It was showed that preservation time had significant effect on TS-08. Four strains of probiotics were selected from experiment one. They were made into single cultures. Then they were mixed with 1-21days feed at supplement amount 0.3% and were pelleted under the condition of (0.1Mpa,65℃) .240 AA broilers were divided averagely into 5 groups. They were control group and Bacillus licheniformis(A), Bacillus subtilis(B), Streptococcus lactis(C) and Saccharomyces cerevisiae(D) with each group being 4 repeats, and each repeat was 12. The test need 3 weeks. The Effects of 4 strain of probiotics on performance, biochemical indexes of blood and intestinal flora in broilers were studied. The result showed that: Bacillus subtilis improved the feed conversation efficiency of 3 weeks broilers significantly against the control(P<0.05).The average daily gain and the average feed intake of 3 weeks broilers had the increased tendency ,but they had no significant difference(P>0.05). Bacillus licheniformis improved the indexes of performance of 3 weeks broilers against the control, but were not significant(P>0.05). Streptococcus lactis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae had no positive effect on 0-3 weeks broilers. The diarrhea rate and the mortality of the 4 texts broilers were lower all than the control. During the 0-3...
