The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different concentrate to roughage ration on production performance, blood biochemical indexes, intestinal microflora and its metabolites of obese cows.To provide data support and experimental basis for improving the scientific feeding and management of obese cows. The experimental contents and results are as followsIn this experiment,24 healthy and disease-free heiangus cows with similar age, parity and body condition score above 7 were randomly divided into two groups, which were fed with high proportion roughage diet(40:60 Group)and low proportion roughage diet(60:40Group).(1)At the beginning of the experiment, there was no significant difference in the body weight of each group(P>0.05).On the 75 th day,the body weight of 40:60 Group was significantly lower than that of 60:40 Group(P<0.05).At the beginning of the experiment, there was no significant difference in the body condition of each group(P>0.05).On the75 th day of the experiment, the body condition of 40:60 Group was significantly lower than that of 60:40 Group(P<0.05).The number of estrus cows in 40:60 Group was higher than that of 60:40 Group at 0 ~ 30 d and 30 ~ 60 d.It is concluded that feeding high proportion of roughage can not only reduce the body condition and feeding cost, promote estrus, but also significantly improve the economic benefits.(2)The ratio of dietary concentrate to forage has a significant effect on some blood biochemical indexes of obese empty cows.On the 75 th day of the experiment, the content of TG,TC and NEFA in the 40:60 Group was significantly lower than that in the 60:40Group(P<0.05),and the FSH content in the 40:60 Group The content of IL-2 and IL-4 in the 40:60 Group was significantly higher than that in the 60:40 Group(P<0.05).The content of SOD in the 40:60 Group was significantly higher than that in the 60:40 Group(P<0.05).Other blood There was no significant difference in biochemical indicators among the groups.(3)The contents of acetic acid,n-butyric acid, isovaleric acid and total SCFAs in40:60 Group were significantly higher than those in 60:40 Group(P<0.05).(4)There were 84 OTUs in 40:60 Group and 42 OTUs in 60:40 Group. The Chao index of 40:60 Group was significantly higher than that of 60:40 Group(P<0.05).The PCo Aanalysis based on Bray Curtis distance algorithm showed that the distance between40:60 Group and 60:40 Group was larger, and the difference between 40:60 Group and60:40 Group was significant,In 40:60 Group, the abundance of Bacteroidetes was significantly increased(P<0.05),while in 40:60 Group, the abundance of Rikenellaceae and Norank_O__Bacteroidales were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the abundance of lachnospiraceae decreased significantly(P<0.05)in 40:60 Group. There was a strong positive correlation between the dominant bacteria and SCFAs in 40:60 Group, which promoted the formation of SCFAs.To sum up,this study found that appropriately increasing the proportion of roughage in the diet can reduce the energy intake of obese empty pregnant cows, significantly reduce the weight, body condition score and feeding cost of obese empty pregnant cows, and increase the number of estrus. In addition,it has a positive role in improving the body fat metabolism of cows,High fiber diet can improve the diversity and structure of intestinal microflora, increase the abundance of beneficial bacteria, and play a positive role in maintaining intestinal microflora homeostasis.
