The objecte of this study was to determine the effects of compound probiotic fermentation broth on growth performance, serum biochemical indicators, immune indicators and concentration of volatile fatty acids in feces of weaned piglets.A total of 240 weaned piglets(28±2 d)were randomly arranged into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 piglets per replicate. The group was fed the based diet, and ? ?,?,groups were fed the based diet supplemented with ?50,100,150 mL/d compound probiotics fermentation broth. The trial lasted for 28 days.On the first,14 th and 28 th days of the trial, this study taking blood from the anterior vena cava of weaned piglets and tested serum biochemical and immunological indicators of piglets.Collecting rectal contents of weaned piglets on the first and 28 th days of the trial, and testing the concentration of volatile fatty acids in feces.? Growth performance: Group ?had the highest average daily gain among the four experimental groups. The average daily gain in group ?was the lowest, and the average daily gain in group ?,?,and was significantly higher than in group(? ? P<0.05).The average daily feed intake and daily gain in group were significantly higher than that in group ? ?.There was no significant difference in diarrhea rates of weaned piglets among the four experimental groups, but the diarrhea rate was lowest in group ?.? Serum indicators: The immune and serum antioxidant capacity of weaned piglets could be improved by feeding weaned piglets with compound probiotics fermentation broth.Diet added 50 mL/pig/day compound probiotics fermentation broth could improve the weaned piglets serum IgA and IgG levels, increased by 3.40% and 7.30% respectely compared with the control group, serum malondialdehyde content was reduced by 0.63% compared with the control group(P < 0.05).? The contents of volatile fatty acids in feces: the VFA content in the feces of weaned piglets was significantly different between the 4 groups of weaned piglets(P<0.01).Compared with the control group, the concentrations of acetate, propionate and butyrate in the feces of 50 mL/pig/day compound probiotics fermentation broth weaned piglets increased 21.03%,41.08% and 78.29%.In summary,50 mL dose of compound probiotic fermentation broth added to the diet of weaned piglets could increase weaned piglets growth performance, reduce diarrhea rate, enhance immunity and antioxidant function, and increase the content of volatile fatty acids in feces.
