So far, it is dominated by direct seeding in most parts of XinJing, and transplanting technology was in the introduction stage. Because transplanting areas were mainly artificial, It was difficult to promote in the fields of XinJing and strickly restrictioned the development of the productive forces. Nursery transplant technology issue was been putting before us.Raise seedlings and transplant can increase crop production in every unit area,and make upgrowth ahead of time,which can withstand gale,harmful rain,low temperature,and other nature disaster.Besides,it also saving seed.Because of the weather condition in Xinjiang province,seeds are usually grown under the film by farmer,it is useful to improve the soil temperature,keep moisture and restrain weeds.The nacelle-type transplanter is a good machinery for transplant film. but the traditional and manual methods of transplanting have many problems which could not be resolved up to now. So it is an immanency task to realize transplanting mechanization in China.Transplanter is a key component, its performance and quality on the transplanting machine would play a decisive role. Papers for the current existence of ornamental plant transplanting machine quality, application software on a theoretical analysis of planting devices and virtual prototype design and optimization, in order to enhance the ornamental plant transplanting machine to provide poor quality of some of this bottleneck reference. Topics of practical and ornamental transplanting machine for further research and improvement, has practical value and practical significance.Paper modern design theory and methods, planting of various components of the device design and analysis, focusing on the Transplanter Duckbill analyzed and optimized, and a simulation test. The use of Pro/ ENGINEER software to draw a planting device map and the assembly parts inspection; using finite element analysis method was analysis of Ischaemum; the use of simulation software Simulation in institutions, and structural optimization to improve, as the basket-type transplanting machine for further studies of the theoretical and experimental basis...
