Transplanting can make the crop growth ahead of time, and extend the growth cycle of crop, increase crop yield, at the same time it can effectively withstand gale, low temperature, frost and other natural disaster. Due to the natural environment of Xinjiang, using up-film transplanting can improve the soil temperature and keep moisture when the crops are transplanted.For a long time, whether early bowls, seedling, or later seedlings transplant, most of them are rely on artificial to complete, although the transplanting survival rate is high, transplanting distance, row spacing and depth are uneven, transplanting usually need large labor intensity, the cost is high, and the efficiency is low. The transplanting plant spacing and depth of mechanical transplanting are uniform, and when transplanting areas are large, it can be reduced labor cost and intensity by mechanical transplanting. At present, due to the semi-automatic transplanter that depends on artificial for feeding seedlings, the transplanting efficiency is about 35 plants /min.Aiming at the question that the transplanting efficiency of nacelle-type semi-automatic transplanter is low, a kind of automatic transplanter has been designed. On the basis of the original nacelle-type semi-automatic transplanter, by reasonable installation of automatic feeding device, the nacelle-type automatic transplanter has been designed. It can independently take seedlings, transport seedlings, feed seedlings, planting and so on. The main contents are as follows:(1) The assembly form of nacelle-type automatic transplanter has been designed, and the structure model is established by solidworks2013, and the transmission shaft is analysed by solidworks2013 simulation.(2) The feeding seedling process of flexible chain transportation feeding mechanism, the planting process of nacelle-type planting apparatus, and the characteristics of pepper plug seedlings are analyzed, and the automatic transplanter is verified by field experiment.(3) In order to improve feeding seedling reliability of nacelle-type automatic transplanter, the model of flat parabolic feeding seedling has been put forward, and the movement of flat parabolic feeding seedling is analyzed, and the feeding seedling trajectory is simulated by Matlab R2011 b.
