Currently,dibble-type device exist slip and larger hole in the process of mechanization transplanting, so this paper aiming at optimizing the basic parameters of transplanting device as the research object, using motion simulation studies and field trial supplement validated analysis.Through dibble-type device kinematic analysis, analyzes the relationships among structure parameters of dibble-type device, establish trajectory equation about reference point of dibble-type device, establishing a quantitative relationship among design parameters of dibble-type device. Build analysis sketch of transplanting device and kinematic model of reference point, and established objective function in order to optimize the longitudinal length of hole through structural analysis of transplanting device; Using numerical calculation software analyzes the influence between the main design parameters and the trajectory of dibble-type device and draw the preferred results; reference point trajectory curve longitudinal length theoretical value of hole are measured under different slip ratio dibble-type device by motion simulation analysis; Finally,field tests obtained results under different design parameters, and comparison with theoretical value, the curve between different parameters are drawn.
