Coordination and management in project completes the objectives efficiently, besides it also asks for achieving the sustainable development. But for the coordinated management, a new management philosophy, it is uncertain to play much efficacy in the construction project management. Therefore, research in the construction project coordination and management performance is necessary.This article will set the construction projects as the main body of the coordinated management, and it considers that the construction project is a system which has the independent ability to make decisions. In the process of construction project, it makes corresponding adjustments to fit the goals, coordinating the internal organization, arranging resources reasonably and communicating external organizational, along with the changes in the external environment and conditions by organizations and individuals. On the basis, the article in the first place is about theories of coordination and management performance in the construction project, which are coordination and management ideas, enterprise performance management theories and corporate governance theories. Further, it defines coordination and management performance in the construction project, and discusses the relationship between enterprises performance and project performance.Then, the paper begins to analyze the factors of performances of construction project coordination and management by analyzing information construction, organizational coordination, target-control, system design and system construction, after that advises some specific measures。For example, information construction is researched from the organization and the Technology, the organizational coordination is mainly related to interfaces of Technology and organizational systems, the measures of target-control are about target decomposition, target tracking and feedback,system designing include the establishment of contract as well as culture and other informal systems, and system construction mainly includes decision-making mechanisms, cooperative mechanism, communication mechanism, incentive mechanism and restraint mechanisms.Performances have no practical significant unless them can be valuatedo Therefore, taking the design of the evaluation index of the project coordination and management and the building of evaluation methods as the core, after a large number of inspection and in-depth study at home and abroad on the performance evaluation indicators and evaluation methods of literatures, this article, combining of enterprise performance management theory and corporate governance theory, analyzes and summarizes shortages of these indicators and methods, and brings about evaluation by AHP and The Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, completing establishments of the index system from projects, organizations and individuals.
