| In the development of city, residential district is one of the important problems as the important part of the old city renewal. Most of the old industrial residential districts of our country were developed by the country or unit, for the staff and workers' existing and developing.During the past half centuries, our country has experienced three stages: Planned economy—Planned economy transfers to market economy—Market economy. Since 1980's, our country economy has developed rapidly, the housing system changed with that simultaneous being with economic system process. The city people's living standard has had notable rise. City construction,renewal have pushed forward in large scale. The old industry residential districts that built up in the early period after the founding of New China and the planned economy times have already being beginning to age. Problems such as cociet,economy,and habitancy are affecting development of city and residential district gravely.In many cities of our country, so far, the existence of large area old industry residential district is still a large quantity's. Those districts once have being a part of the solid basis for the sharp development and rose of the economy of our country. As the leaving behind exists of particular times system, Old industrial residential district is representing the policy and economic system being of a period. Those large area districts are already dilapidated extremely. To improve resident's habitancy quality, promoto the rapidly develop of city, beartify the urban environment, most extant old industrial residential districts need renews as soon as possible.This thesis build upon Chinese and overseas related studies, through analysing the driving force mechanism of the old industrial residential district renewal, synthesizing various influential factors, wielding comparison,classification,demonstration analysis method, to sum up the feasibility and adaptability range of various renewal pattern about our country old industry residential district. The author makes every effort to study how each main body of renewal pattern to use the fewest fund and the shortest tine, choose the rightest exploitation model or the comprehensive pattern, to renew the matter environment, improve the quality of the residents' life, create the maximum land and market benefit, at the same time, pour the new vigour into the development of the whole city area under the macro-control of the city development. |
