The test and measurement of the solid rocket motor (SRM) are important parts of the technology of solid-rocket propulsion. Accordingly, the establishment of advanced solid rocket motor test systems has a far-reaching meaning on accelerating the pace of manufacturing new-type solid rocket and improving the accuracy and intensity of rocket weapons.Based on the test of capability parameters of big-tonnage solid rocket motor, the thesis has conducted the thorough research on the methods and theory of the test. Also, the mechanics model of thrust vector has been discussed, and the solution of the model equation has been given. Aiming at the model, the paper carries through the collectivity analysis of the test stand and puts up the design plans, on the basis of which, the sensors are choosen and the requirements of the measuring groupware are given. At the same time, the flexibility pole is analyzed, designed and calculated in detail. And by calculating, the plan can improve the inherent frequency of the test stand.Considering the trait of the test parameters, the data-collecting system, based on the PXI bus, has been built. In order to improve the reliability of the test system, two sets of data-collecting systems are applied to backup the data. To ensure that the test system is able to collect the motor work parameters synchronously and reliably, the ignition control device is designed.In order to meet the needs of anti-interference, signal conditioning circuit has been designed to transform the sensor's output signal from voltage to current.In the end, the paper analyzes the uncertainty of the test system, which indicates that the uncertainty of the system can meet the requirements of test.
