As the rapidly developing of our high speed train, we hope more comfort for our seating environment, deoscillator as a key component of the train to keep the train running smoothly, we must improve it's nature corresponding. Damping factors as the important coefficients, the measurement of it is also very important to modern railroad. The existing test criterion is to draw indicator diagrams, Most of existing test stands are mechanical test stands. They have been found irrational. In this dissertation, the improved test method reads the data of force and displacement of actuator which is added on damper, it also measures parameters such as the damping factors, and indicator diagrams by using closed-loop AC servo control system.This dissertation introduces the structure and principle of this deoscillator test stand's test and control system. It also analyses and explains the work theory and control method of composition, hardware, software and AC servo actuator of the system in detail. At the same time this dissertation is also introduced the method of processing test data. Based on GB 5599-85 《Standard of nature assessment and test authentication in equipment dynamics》 ,through programming calculation the parameters such as damping factors and rigidity and so on. Because the normal PID controller can not fulfil tracing performance of the high precision servo control system, we add feedforward control on normal PID. In order to improve the frequency respond of the control system and over come delay of electric engine, the feedforward PID become the control strategy. In high precision servo system, feedforward PID can be used to improve tracing capability, and restrain nonlinear disturb.
