| Thrust vector control technology refers to change the direction of gas flow generated by propulsion device such as engine to control the flying direction and the attitude angle of the aircraft. So the research around the thrust vector control technology is more and more widely. The paper focuses on the research of the thrust vector drive and control device. At the same time, the balance testing system used to measure the thrust vector in the ground experiment is designed. Finally, the experiment is carried out to validate analyze.Thrust vector control device is mainly composed of a servo control system and nozzle. Servo system drives the nozzle fast swing to the given position according to the position given instructions from the flight control computer, so as to achieve the purpose of changing the direction of engine jet. In this paper, the selection of electric actuator control system as the core of thrust vector control device has the advantages of simple structure and large output torque. Electric servo control system is mainly composed of three-phase brushless dc motor (BLDCM), driving controller, sensors and retarding mechanism of four parts. Driving controller is the key part of servo system, selecting the integrated driver chip L6235 of ST company as a power converter, the internal consists of three-phase full bridge and its drive unit, Hall commutation logic decoding, overheating over-current protection units, etc., complete function, easy to use; Control unit adopts the DSP+CPLD full digital control architecture, the current loop, speed bop and position bop three-loop control strategy, the feedforward control combined with feedback control of position control method for the fast track of a given instructions, and ensure the minimum steady-state error. No-load test show that the steering gear control system bandwidth of up to 6 Hz, rated bad bandwidth for 5 Hz, steady-state error is only+0.1°, meet the system design index and can be used as a thrust vector control device.Thrust vector control technology research, while the ground testing need to be real-time and accurate measurement of engine thrust and record, so the test system is particularly critical experiment device. This system chooses six component strain balance as A thrust vector measuring system, the signal amplifying circuit with high common mode rejection ratio of weak strain signal conditioning,24 bits high-precision △-∑ sampling mechanism ADS1256 special A/D conversion chip, for DSP28335 acquisition system control unit to realize the balance of strain signal acquisition and real-time display and transmitted on the PC. Experiments show that the testing system of high sensitivity, good linear, low noise, good effect of real-time display, measuring steady-state error for the DSP only one percent of the A/D module measurement result, satisfies the requirement of thrust vector experimental test.Electric actuator control system drives tail swing nozzle to control the thrust vector according to the position of flight control computer given command. Six component strain balance measured the thrust vector generated by engine. Designed in this paper can be used for engine mathematical modeling and thrust vector control research. |
