As a new generation of power plants,gas turbines are widely used in ships,tanks,combat tanks,and power generation.It has the advantages of light weight,small volume,large power,quick starting,low pollution,high thermal efficiency,good economy,high reliability,long service life,plays a more and more important role in China's shipbuilding industry and the improvement of energy structure.In gas turbine,thrust bearing is one of the key parts.Its working conditions are characterized by large axial load and high speed.It belongs to the working condition of high speed and heavy load.In this paper,a series of related analysis will be carried out for the working conditions of high speed and heavy load thrust bearings of gas turbines.The lubrication characteristics of thrust bearings under high speed and heavy load are analyzed in this paper.There are 4 models of bearings,respectively,with different working conditions,the lubrication state is fluid dynamic lubrication.According to the lubrication form,according to the thrust pad structure and installation form established Reynolds equation model of tilting pad thrust bearing,and the numerical solution of the Reynolds equation by finite element method,deduced the whole matrix and incremental pressure matrix domain.ANSYS is used to divide the unit mesh,output unit and node information,and the solver is programmed by Matlab to obtain the pressure distribution map.In addition,the pressure change of thrust tile under different loads and rotating speed is studied by using this model,and the law of pressure change is summarized.The thermal effect of the bearing was analyzed.The energy equation is established for tilting pad thrust bearing,and the finite element method is deduced.According to the result of deduction,the program of solving energy equation is worked out by Matlab.The temperature distribution of oil film is obtained,and the influence of bearing angle and rotating speed on temperature is discussed.The bearing test bench is usually needed to study the working state of bearings.The topic for the research object,which is of high speed and heavy load of tilting pad thrust bearing,the bearing test rig design.The test bench can simulate the working conditions of high speed and heavy load,and can adjust the speed,the applied load and the oil temperature.The overa ll scheme of the test bed is determined,and the design of the mechanical structure of the test-bed is completed.The test-bed is composed of six parts,which are test stand,drive and acceleration system,hydraulic loading system,lubrication system,test system,data sampling and processing system.In order to analyze the characteristics of main shaft,a finite element model of the main shaft is built and meshed.The static characteristics of the spindle are analyzed,and the static stiffness of the spind le is obtained.The modal analysis of the spindle is carried out,the natural frequencies and vibration modes of the spindle are obtained,and it is proved that the main shaft can avoid the resonance region when it works.
