Recently,railway transport has being developed quickly,more and more high speed trains are used and high speed train are under study. It supplies much more convenient,quick and comfortable vehicle for passengers. At the same time,it is a strict rule for the maintain of the railway. Lifting-moving-rail equipment is one of the most important equipment in maintaining the railway. It's function is the lifting and moving of the rail. Therefore,the test of Lifting-moving-rail equipment is very important.Auto-test stand of lifting-moving-rail equipment is the facility for testing the lifting-moving-rail equipment,it can auto-test the load of the equipment, and can auto-test the sinkage of the equipment when it keep one load for three minute. Its auto-control system is made of the position control,adding pressure control and maintain pressure control and so on. And the position control is the representative electric-liquid position control system and the adding pressure control and maintain pressure control are the representative electric-magnetic pressure control system.This paper researched on the position control and pressure control separately according the characteristic of the test stand system.First,the paper researched on the position control system. It is very useful for giving the application of prediction and compensation technology to the test stand system. It took the method of prediction and compensation with control program to deal with the error which arised from the switching direction valve. Moreover, the improved parameter calibration method was used to demarcate the displacement sensor. Experiment demonstrate that the system was improved precision successfully.Secondly,the paper researched on the pressure control system. It analysed the character of pressure control system, and contrasted the scheme with each other. At last,it took the method of Fuzzy-PID controller,and designed the framework of the Fuzzy-PID controller of the test stand , and gave an availability to control program. At the same time,it demarcated the pressure with the stand. Experiment demonstrated that the system was improved capability successfully.Thirdly,the paper carried through the maintain pressure test with the test stand whole capability. Experiment demonstrated that the control capability of the test stand is very nice,and the control precision achieved the target of the railroad department.
