The storage-transportation-launch case has the advantage of enhancing the filling speed of the rocket firing system, shortenning the time for firing preparation, and improving the emergency reaction ability of the rocket weapon system. It has the important applied foreground in the domestic multibarrel weapon system manufacture.The storage-transportation-launch case of one multibarrel weapon system is researched in this thesis. On the basis of the work characteristics and the exterior constrained condition of the storage-transportation-launch case, using the design experiences and methods of other weapon system for reference, its structural design is progressed; its triaxiality solid model and finite element model are founded, and if its rigidity and intensity meet the require is validated by the finite element analysis. After the structural design, the working principle and the reliability analysis of the imbursement process, transport process, launching process of the storage-transportation-launch case are discussed respectively to ensure that it will satisfy the reliability target distributed by the collectivity.The main contents include: 1. On the basis of the technical requirements of the storage-transportation-launch case, using the design experiences and methods of other weapon system for reference, the structural design of the storage-transportation-launch case is completed.2.The triaxiality solid model of the storage-transportation-launch case is founded by the Pro/E software. 3. The intensity check of the cargo sling is completed by the stress model. 4. The finite element model of the storage-transportation-launch case is founded, and the rigidity and intensity is analysed when the rocket is in the case. 5. The fault mode and impact analyses of the storage-transportation-launch case are analysed, and the working principle and the reliability analysis of the imbursement process, transport process, launching process are discussed respectively, all this is to remove the hidden trouble for all the weapon system.
