Along with underground railway in our country fast development, the environmentrequest that the people waited for a train unceasingly enhances to the platform, theplatform shield gate system had widespread application. Shielded the goalkeeperseparates subway station platform from the train movement space, has avoided the airconditioning loss, has saved the massive air conditioning movement energy consumption,simultaneously comfortably provided a security for the passenger to wait for a train theenvironment.This article conduct following several aspects research to shielded the gate system:First shield gate mechanical constructional drawing which provides according to theConnie company, analyzed the shield gate to carry the situation, has established the shieldgate steel frame and the cross beam in each kind of situation mechanics model. Throughelastic structure analysis theoretical calculation main load bearing part crossbeam, columnintensity and rigidity.Next, the tool with Ansys the achievement to shield the gate cross beam and thecolumn in the different modeling way, under the different structure, the different loadcondition, to occurs the displacement and the endogenic force have carried on the finiteelement analog computationThird, utilization common software MSC.Nastran2005 carries on the value simulation,carries on the finite element modeling using MSC.Patran2005, transfers MSC.Nastran2005 to make the finite element analysis.Finally, through contrasting the result of theoretical calculation and the Ansys analysiscomputation, the result of Nastran analysis computation, discovered the error is smaller. Itshowed the result of analysis with software is accurate, credible. It provides the valuablereference for the design to shield the gate system.
