| This paper states the development of the research on flange design, gives a few typical design method. By the method A and B, this paper checks computations on the flange intensity for different material, different pressure and different size in our national standard, and compares the method each other. This paper also introduces the development, the function, the calculational methods about the program MSC.NASTRAN, and its preparative and post program MSC.PATRAN in detail. With the finite element method, this paper takes the calculation and analysis on the flange intensity for different material, different pressure and different size in our national standard, and obtains its stress and strain distribution and displacement map. For the flange in The Steel Pipe Flange international part at normal temperature, still water pressure, this paper takes the experimental study on the stress in main part, the rotate anger of the flange plate, the seal of pressurize pillow and so on.. The experimental results give the reference for International Pipe Flange. |
