With the increasingly stringent emissions regulations and Diesel Engine Electronic Control Technology's advances, the high-pressure common-rail fuel injection system as a highly flexible control of the fuel injection system, with its significant advantages, has become one the trends of the modern car diesel technology development. Studying the software of high-pressure common rail diesel system plays a very important role in improving the ability of independent research in the automobile industry of China.The research targets high-pressure common rail diesel system, based on the open system architecture AUTOSAR, with level and modular structure designing, the electronic control system software layered: Basic software, Application software, Runtime Environment. Basic software, abstracts the hardware of the ECU, including hardware-related drivers and standards interface, to reduce the complexity of software development and improve software portability and reusing. Application software, achieve a specific application of control strategy of the relevant high-pressure common rail diesel engine control strategy and each module with the AUTOSAR standard interface in each module. Runtime environment, the telecommunications for AUTOSAR software architecture, establishes the AUTOSAR communication of basic software and application software.The paper focus on studying and analyzing the latest AUTOSAR standards, designing the engine electronic control software based on the AUTOSAR standard, then integrating system and calibrating critical Maps.
