In the face of severe environmental problems,all countries are committed to the development of hybrid vehicles to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.Because of its low cost and good fuel saving effect,the 48 V hybrid battery can provide an effective starting and stopping plan for the whole vehicle in the future.The research object of this paper is the 48 V hybrid battery management system(BMS).The research purpose is to design a set of BMS with complete functions,such as total voltage acquisition,total current acquisition,single voltage acquisition,temperature acquisition,single equilibrium,state estimation,historical information storage,system time recording,data interaction,etc.First of all,according to the hardware requirements and scheme comparison of 48 V BMS,this paper analyzes the rationality of adopting centralized topology in BMS,and designs the master-slave integrated board of 48 V BMS.The hardware circuit includes the design of MCU minimum system circuit,power conversion circuit,battery parameter monitoring circuit,battery information management circuit,which lays the foundation for the realization of software algorithm.Secondly,by analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional BMS software architecture and automotive open system architecture(AUTOSAR),this paper adopts AUTOSAR architecture with good software hierarchy and strong reusability to design BMS software.BMS software design based on AUTOSAR specification,including BMS software architecture design,BMS system constraint file design,system service layer design and configuration,complex driver design,IO hardware abstraction layer design,runtime environment(RTE)and operating system(OS)task mapping and planning,and micro control abstraction layer design,and software code integration and testing.Finally,through the establishment of experimental test environment,the system function test and analysis.The test results show that BMS has the advantages of high dataacquisition accuracy,good monomer consistency,stable and reliable system operation,and meets the actual functional requirements.
