Abstract/Summary:
Since the modern manufacturing enterprises have the support of advanced science and technology,the production mode,production pattern and production scope have changed greatly compared with the traditional manufacturing enterprises.Modern manufacturing enterprises more and more pursuit for maximum mechanization and automation,even reach the point of unmanned factory,but the real unmanned factory is impossible to achieve.In modern manufacturing enterprises,people have not been excluded from the modern production system,compared with the traditional manufacturing enterprises,people only have changed in the role,status and working way in modern manufacturing enterprises.The physical labor of human began to be gradually replaced by mechanical automation equipment,meanwhile the mental labor and combination of mental and physical labor increased.In this situation,it occurred frequently that the decline of production efficiency and quality and safety accidents caused by working in mental fatigue.Therefore,how to accurately measure the degree of human fatigue in the modern manufacturing industry and prevent mental fatigue has become a new research hotspot in the field of human factors engineering.By reading a lot of literatures about the fatigue research,analyzed the fatigue research trends in both domestic and foreign scholars based on human factors engineering,the author found that most articles about mental fatigue mainly focuses on the research of test method of fatigue,and as for the application of fatigue study only relates to driving fatigue of cars and aircraft.For the operator fatigue in manufacturing enterprises is only on the stage of study design structure of man-machine to lessen the muscle fatigue of operator,and few consideration is given to the mental fatigue of the operator.In this paper,through analyzing and comparing the common evaluation methods of mental fatigue at present,chose the subjective and physiological methods to evaluate the mental fatigue of operators in modern manufacturing enterprises,of which decided to use brain waves and eye movements as the evaluation indexes of physiological methods.Then the paper used cancellation experiment,alert performance experiment and attention focusing experiment to simulate the work content of operator in the modern manufacturing enterprise,and collected the subjective evaluation data and physiological data of operator in the process of experiments.Then,the BP neural network was used to establish the evaluation model of the fatigue state of the operator,and the neural network training was carried out by using the previous experimental data,later the trained neural network was verified by the measured data.The results showed that using the brain waves and eye movements as the evaluation index,and establishing the evaluation model of the fatigue state of the operator in modern manufacturing enterprise by BP neural network can accurately determine the fatigue state of the operator,which is more accurate than the subjective evaluation method.
