Firstly, from the history evolution angle, it states the bicycle modeling design development and analyzes the characters of bicycle appearance modeling design with its own modeling characteristic, structure, material, color and other factors. And it forecasts the bicycle design future development tendency: the bicycle will develop in lightweight, individual, humanity, science and technology, variety diversification and imitation antiquity etc. This can satisfy some specific crowd, moreover can manifest one kind of human nature idea and the individuality pursue.Secondly, it formulizes the related concept of ergonomics. It also discusses the man factors in bicycle design through ergonomics theory. Not only from physically aspect, but also from psychology aspects to weigh people's needs in bicycle that manifests people's demand humanity in bicycle design. It summarizes the way to realize bicycle humanity design: biological modeling design and use man-machine engineering reasonably.This article pays more attention to analyze the riding position through man-machine engineering theory as well as man-machine analysis software (Mannequin the PRO man-machine simulation system software). Also it summarizes the primary factors of influencing riding position: the frame shape and the frame size, the relative position between the handlebar and the saddle, the relative position between saddle and peddle place. Then it analyzes the unreasonable spot in existing bicycle design from man-machine and medicine angle. For example, the height of bicycle saddle, width of bicycle saddle and the angle of saddle; The height of handlebar, the width of handlebar, the shape of set, flexure of handlebar and the position of brake. Simultaneously it also gives examples to analyze the domestic and foreign existing bicycles saddle, handlebar and the seat back cushion rationality and comfortableness. In the last of this article, in order to directly express the improvement design plan, design a bicycle based on the above design theory and three dimension modeling software. Then analyze the rationality and comfortableness of bicycle design with aid of man-machine analysis software and man factors. The result of analysis indicates that the design effect is good, the design has the certain value.
