Analyze The Bicycle Frame Characteristics Through The Ergonomic Theory

The popularity of bicycle can reduce the damage brought by oil and steel consumption to some degrees. From this the application of the bicycle frame characteristics is becoming the key. Innovation is considered as one of the most important and challenging process in developing new bicycle frames. Research on innovation of new bicycle frames and technology has been more and more concerned in many fields home and abroad. In this paper, bicycle frames innovative design and ergonomic theory are studied and their combination is programmed in order to cultivate and improve the progress.At the beginning of this paper, the relative theory of innovative thinking and the theoretical methods of creative design are summarized based on many overseas and domestic literatures. And the main innovative forms of modern bicycle are analyzed. The above introduction lays the theory foundations of the combination of two theories. And then, the combination of two theory process is introduced by examples of bicycle frame structure. According to the principle of bionics and ergonomics, as well as the consideration of materials, sizes, costs, creative exploitation of new bicycle frame is carried out. Many fields are involved in this paper, such as ergonomic theory, innovative design method, bicycle design, computer simulation, and computer-assisted design.
