The van-type vehicle command cabin is one of the main carriers of command equipment and operators.Loaded on the chassis and form a removable mobile command center,and soldiers are working together in this cabin.In a maneuvering environment,the limited of its own characteristics and dimensions results of the lack of reasonable design in human-machine environment and equipment size design.Therefore,it is urgent to use the ergonomics principle to improve and optimize the environment of the vehicle command cabin,improve the cabin performance.Based on the components of the cabin man-machine environment,this paper focuses on build the cabin environment base on the requirements of ergonomics.Combining the requirements of operators to optimize the design of the operating equipment and environment inside the cabin,put forward an overall design plan,and build human-machine simulation verification to testing product.Firstly,through the preliminary investigation and analysis,this paper analyzes and summarizes the design objects.Then,analyzes the psychological and physiological behaviors of the staff,obtains the basic design requirements.Next,study the concept of ergonomics and the application of ergonomics in cabin design.Then,study the human body model,cabin space layout,cabin color,and calculate the man-machine size of the main operating equipment in the cabin.Based on of the optimization of ergonomics size,the design of the opposite cabin is carried out.The appearance,layout,color,function and shape of the cabin equipment are rationally designed.Next,a model of the command cabin is built in the 3D modeling software,and the real display effect of the cabin environment is obtained through rendering.Finally,the virtual simulation environment is established by using JACK human-machine simulationanalysis software,and use Chinese body data to build virtual model.The design scheme is simulated and verified from three aspects: comfort,reachable domain and visual domain.The content of this paper provides a reference for the design of the ergonomics environment of the command cabin,which lays a foundation for improving the working conditions for commanding operators.
