In this thesis, the launching system for an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV, LS-UAV) is researched. On the premise of guaranteeing the intensity and performance of UAV, the mechanical design theory, virtual prototype technology and FEM are applied to its structure design, dynamical simulation and FEM analysis, and the results show that the designed method can meet the general needs of launching.The mainly research consents of the paper are as follows: (1). According to the launching system performance parameters, the length of the basic launcher is estimated, and the model of preload winch, damper and spring slowdown damper is selected;(2).Using UGNX for 3-D modeling of LS-UAV, a basis for the dynamic simulation and FEM analysis is provided; (3). For knowing if the launching system can perform smoothly and the total system is in a security state all the time, ADAMS is used to simulate the dynamic system and the suspension system;(4)The static analysis is carried out on the gunlock mechanism of launching system to test its strength; Combining with the dynamics data ,the modal analysis on the launch tower is applied to determine whether a resonance happenes.
