In recent years, people fully realize the value of the unmanned aerial vehicle(uav), and our country strive to develop uav industry, meanwhile,small unmanned aerial vehicle has become a research hotspot. A plane can carries on a task is basis on its take-off and landing safely.With the rapid development of aircraft control technology, the small unmanned aircraft use landing gear to achieve take-off and landing to be a important trend of the study on people.For those unmanned aircraft that use landing gear to achieve take-off and landing,the working performance of aircraft landing gear act a crucial role in the take-off, landing, and in the safety of the ground motion,is a key component of the plane.Therefore, study about unmanned aircraft landing gear has great significance.Based on the small fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle(uav) as the research object, designed a landing gear that suited to small fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle.According 30 kilograms of take-off weight to design a landing gear structural for unmanned aerial vehicle, including the selection of the landing gear material, the design of the buffer, the determination of landing gear cassette player, the selection of tire, the design of the braking mechanism and the design of landing gear turning mechanism.Choose an appropriate structure of upper lock and down lock, make sure it can realize automatic lock and unlock when landing gear folded up and put down.According to the design of the landing gear structure,establish the three-dimensional digital prototype model of landing gear in CATIA, and movement simulation for landing gear folded up and put down.Then,with finite element analysis for the landing gear and check the landing gear structural strength.
