This subject root in the UAV crash concrete target technology test project,in order to collect the target force of impact time and the aircraft should overload data,provide the theoretical basis for the design of nuclear power plant containment and state building.In this paper,an overload test system was developed by using FPGA controller and large capacity solid state storage medium,in order to acquire the overload data of the aircraft during the impact of the UAV to the concrete target.According to the requirements of test environment and data precision,the system design technique data was determined,the main contents of the system design were also discussed:the simulation of the experiment,the realization of hardware and software,the application of the project and the analysis of the measured data.(1)Simulation experiment,the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software is used to complete the simulation,and the impact acceleration data of the UAV was extracted and the range of the selected sensor is determined;Then,the overload data of the damaged area of the front end of the aircraft and the damaged area of the rear end were analyzed.(2)Hardware and software functions,for the characteristics of the aircraft and the high accuracy of the data,in the hardware part of the main controller and Flash storage circuit to do a key description;in the software part,the elimination of the trigger signal,the data cache FIFO,FLASH read,write,erase control and bad block detection were described in detail.(3)Application in actual project,this paper introduces the problems that the circuit was burned,the battery was damaged,and the interference of the external sensor was serious,the corresponding solution was designed and applied to the second model machine test after the improvement;Finally,the equipment was applied to the UAV test,and the reliability of thetest equipment was verified by comparing the working state of the equipment before and after the test.(4)Data analysis,on the one hand,the comparison of the measured data of sensor devices inside and outside,confirmed the normal operation of equipment in the experiment;on the other hand,compared the measured data and simulation data,analysis of the plane front and rear impact overload,verify the rationality and correctness of the test data.
