.250 Msps Scopemeter Software System Design

With the development of the electronic measurement technology, measurement instrument is geared to automatization, intelligentization and network orientation. With the characters of legerity, convenience and low power consumption, the hand-hold scopemeter can support the measure in the rigorous environment. This paper designs the software based on the 250MSPS'hand-hold scopemeter.The paper first gives the overall software based on the Visual DSP++ of ADI.The paper also gives the design of data sampling and processing. In the data sampling module, it gives various sampling methods under different time base, including real time sampling, random sampling and SCAN sampling. The SCAN method that uses a display method like a scroll screen is a new method as an emphasis in this module. This method can avoid the error produced by the software circulation. The data processing module includes the average processing, the window processing, the REC processing and the pass-fail test. It puts emphases on the pass-fail test which can be used in measure of error and stabilization.The paper designs the software in charge of the channel control. The software controls the gain and offset of the signal through the upright sensitive and the wave position. It also controls the trigger voltage.At last, it designs the menu display and control, including character display, menu loading and control, and the match between menu and function. It gives a design of pop menu. In addition, in the menu control, a parameter array is used as a bridge between menu and function, so the menu and function could be approximately separated and the codes would be more stable than before.The modularization programming method is used in this paper to divide the whole task to some small independent modules. And the same kind of variable is put into the structure, so the codes will be easy to amend.
