Nowadays, the oscilloscope technology is progressing rapidly. With the development of the digital technology, the digital storage oscilloscope(DSO) has been provided with more powerful functions,such as intelligent wave capturing, parameter analysising, the time-frequency transforming, very large scale wave data storing and so on. At present, the technology of digital storage oscilloscope is more advanced overseas and occupies the great majority of market. However, domestic DSO products which have our own independent property right are too few, and high price prevents their widly usage.According to project"2GSa/s Broadband Digital Storage Oscilloscope", this dissertation focuses on the design of digital system basing on the design principles of digital storage oscilloscope, and its results will be valuable to the following research on DSO.Main contents:1. This dissertation advanced the structure of ADC+high speed clock circuit+DSP+FPGA+SRAM and designed a data acquisition system basing on the technologies of real-time sampling and random sampling. The improved system achieved 2 GSa/s real-time sampling rate, 1GHz anolog bandwidth and 8MB storage depth per channel. Meanwhile, the flexible structure and general usage of this system enable designers to develop products within shorter time and ensure the system can be expanded easily.2. This dissertation focuses on the key techology of broadband digital storage oscilloscope, and designed data acquire control logic, trigger logic, storage logic, interpolation control logic, time basis control logic, DSP interface logic and some other functional logics of DSO.3. Complete DSO digital system debugging using software on DSP.
