The whole controlling system consists of SCM, A/D mode, LCD, Flash Memory, RS232/48S converter, PID controller and so on hardware ,High precise A/D converter of 24 bits has realized the pressure information collection with high precision, LCD of 320×240 dot matrix and 4M Flash Memory have realized the display and date store for testing data, computer controlling model is based on C⁺⁺ Builder software and it can accomplish the function that the picture of pressure is displayed on computer in real time, the function of data-store, picture print out, data report forms print out and so on.The whole system has friendly interface and it can be operated easily. It has complete function. The operation process for hydraulic universal testing machine is reliable and the imprecision made by operator, calculation error and the defect that the relevant data cannot be recorded at same time is avoided.
