| Now,material,energy and information are three supports of the development of world economy and get more and more importance.Material used in Mechanical industry and others can be divided into metal material, organic macromolecule material and abio-nonmetal material,but for effective using material in reson and exerting potential of material we must learn about their informations including capability,ingredient and so on .material testing work is just for this point and mechanics testing is the most basic and extensive .At present,drawing test, rigidity test and impacting test is in common used of production.In the article,we only talk about material drawing test.In material drawing test,the speed of test can make a great affection of result.In GB/T228-1987,when we test the stress of regulated unproportion elongat,the regulated remnants stress,the stress of total elongat and above and low yield point,the stress speed must be according the rules and keep the speed until getting the result.Stress speed is the stress's change per second and stress is load of area of unit. The aim of the article is to research and develop a new integrated System to collect the signals of sensors and control the motor under a stable speed of stress and position.At present,it has some products like this one and testing methods are different.on the basic mechanics test foreign products are good at testing precision and stability but their prices are very expensive and in aspect of stress control they are not good enough. Many products use serial port to communicate between control and computer.is not beneficial for real-time control.Test machine in China do not accomplish the control of stress but foreign testing machine is expensive and control affection is not good too,so development of the new system for collectingdata and control that can run in a stress speed will take better benefit of society and economy.The destination of this artile is to develop a ISA card of computer that can complete some functions like basic speed control,collection of data and stress speed control. Firstly,the aritle analyse the system structure of object,In fact,the structure of object is a motor transmission composed of screw pole,gear system and server motor and impetus is from motor.In the control system,the parameters of the motor is sealed ,so we need get the parameters through the method of identification-Least square method.According the Bode diagram, we know the motor is system with one step.In this article,we expatiate the method of least square and use special least square method to get the module of motor. In the control system,the symbol 'a'is the ratio of load and displacement that is different to different material and the differern steps of test.Before the test,we should get the ratio through the pre-test.So we meed using fuzzy self-adjusting PID controler to make up the change of the ratio.
