Error measurement uncertainty of the universal testing machine has been widespreadconcern shown, it relates to the field of mechanical, electronic, computer control, sensortechnology, information processing etc, Indication error measurement result uncertaintyoverall influence degree by hardware and software. At present, the fundamental guarantee ofUniversal testing machine accuracy is force value transfer. Among them, universal testingmachine calibration method is one of the most important link in the work of the transfer andtraceability. This paper takes "300kN hydraulic universal testing machine indication errormeasurement result uncertainty degree analysis and calibration method" for the topic, studingon the all kinds of factors affecting the error value of hydraulic universal testing machine,starting from the principle and structure of hydraulic universal testing machine, and based onthe force measuring mechanism and a test machine main body of two parts, contact on thetheory to practice, decomposition of various influence factors, through the comparison testway of understanding its impact and put forward the corresponding calibration model scheme.The research of this paper has received the strong support of the legal unit of measurementand user of units.This paper through the composition principle and function of hydraulic universal testingmachine part, in-depth understanding of the related content of hydraulic universal testingmachine, universal testing machine structure measurement and calibration system. Accordingto the testing machine force measuring mechanism parameters, testing machine two parts ofdifferent circumstances, establish the corresponding calibration model, using the method ofthe corresponding calibration, universal testing machine to achieve efficient (analysis,adjustment and verification/calibration), and through the feasibility test verificationmethod.The main work includes:1.A systematic research of universal testing machine structure (composition principle andfunctional structure),Put forward the hydraulic universal testing machine is a preliminaryindication error uncertainty analysis framework; for the next Universal testing machinespecific indication error uncertainty for a preliminary study foundation;2. According to the force mechanism parameters of test machine,Testing machine bodyfactors two parts of theory practice, comparison, find out the law of the indication error, andproposed the corresponding solution,calibration model building on the testing machine systemcalibration corresponding,and to comparison the model verification of method;3.Based on the corresponding calibration model, Integrated debugging a WE-300KN hydraulic universal testing machine, and on the basis of metrological verification comparisontest, detailed indication error measurement result analysis, confirmed by the relevant statutorymetrological verification institutions, under the condition of same calibration to realization,the realization of the measurement and calibration system efficient, orderly, accurate.The results show, by testing machine measurement results of uncertainty analysis and theestablishment of calibration model method, to improve the efficiency of calibration workunder the same conditions,value transfer work get effective guarantee.
