| In the construction of highway, cement stabilized soil mixing plant occupies an important position, isthe key equipment of the mixing cement stabilized soil, its measuring accuracy and batching accuracydirectly determine the quality of the finished material. Basing on the analysis of domestic and foreigncement stabilized soil mixing plant development status and future trends, this paper analyzes and studiesthe measurement of aggregate and powder system. On control algorithm, this paper introduces the basicprinciple of the conventional PID control and fuzzy control, design the fuzzy control rules. The controlmethod combines conventional PID with fuzzy PID. The control system of the cement stabilized soilmixing plant use adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm, and design the adaptive fuzzy PID controller. Thedynamic performance of the controller use the Simulink simulation module in matlab, by the contrastiveanalysis of the conventional PID with adaptive fuzzy PID, the result shows that the control algorithm isadaptive and robust, the effect of adaptive fuzzy PID is better than the conventional PID control method,which can effectively restrain and eliminate excessive overshoot and oscillation in system.In this paper, batching control system choose the host computer IPC and lower machine PLC, the hostcomputer is responsible for monitoring and management, the PLC is responsible for field data collection,the host computer sends commands to control the PLC, the PLC will be the scene running state through thecommunication network transmission to the host computer and PLC by PROFIBUS-DP fieldbuscommunication technology. The host computer is as a main control station, Siemens S7-200series as thecontrol system from the station, and use SIMATIC STEP-7-Mirco/WIN4.0to design the PLC program.The results show that the system can guarantee the cement stabilized soil mixing plant has goodmeasurement precision, batching accuracy and stability. |
