With the high speed of our economic developments, the general national power is strengthened. Our government strengthens infrastructure investment. The increasing requirement of the commercial concrete has pulled the rapid development of the premixed commercial concrete and given the concrete-mixing-station a good chance for further development. Using the concrete production equipment-automation control agitation station can guarantee the quantity of the concrete and raise the concrete production efficiency measure-control system, as the core of concrete-mixing-station, is demanded increasingly in the aspects of precise measurement, reliable control, convenient management.Aiming at the measuring error which influences the quality of concrete, the risk of reliability resulting from computer-centralized control and the deficiency of managing functions which exist in concrete-mixing-station presently, this paper starts to research and design. At first, it gives a comprehensive introduction about the development and the producing flow of concrete-mixing-station, the home and overseas status qua of its measure-control system etc. while giving a PLC-and-IPC -based design of its measure-control system as a whole. Then, this paper gives the analysis, choice and design of the weighing system, the PLC system is designed according to the producing flow of the concrete-mixing-station while interfaces of the production management, weight curve, report form and so forth are designed through KINGVIEW version 6. 5, a kind of configuration software. At last, the paper analysis the BP neural networks. With that, the paper gives the researches into compensating the static nonlinear error in the measuring results of the weighing system.This article introduce a system of automatic control for Concrete Mixing Station, IPC is upper machinery and PLC is subordinate machinery for this system. On the base of operation, which provide a useful project that a system of automatic control for stirrer of concrete.
