Niqiao Driver Training School is the biggest one in Zunyi, leading the development of the industry for almost 10 years since its establishment .However ,with the increasing competition of the driver-training market , the problems existing in NIqiao Driver Training School are getting more and more obvious. How to adapt strategy to the need of the market and maintain the leading position is now the first task facing Niqiao Driver Training School.The first part of the article identifies the status of the school as a enterprise on the base of which it gives an introduction of the school's history. The second part mainly analyses the inside and outside environment of the school , comprehensively using the PEST, Five Competitive Forces, Value Chain Model (Michael Porter) to analyse . Using SWOT matrix ,QSPM matrix and Analytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP) , the third part comes up with clearly the mission and target of Niqiao Driver Training School and put forward suitable alternative plans, analyzing and comparing .And the paper further study the strategy formulation of the enterprise .The forth part is the implementation of the strategy in organization structure , human resource ,training pattern , merging tactics, market segment , brand creation and improvement of the service after training.This article aims at making the development strategy for Niqiao Driver Training School according to the strategic analysis .Because the problems of Niqiao are the same as those in other schools ,the exploration in this article will also be effective for the others' development.
