Driving training industry is an important part of the road transport industry,it shoulders the responsibility of training qualified drivers for the social and transport markets.With the development of economy and the demand of driving training market,there are thousands of driving training enterprises.However,these driving schools vary in sizes and levels,and the tuition fees standards are inconsistent.As the reform of the driving test policies in recent years,and the number of examination programs is constantly increasing,the difficulties for driving schools are getting greater.The cost of training increases,and the driving schools faces a fierce price war.As a result,some small driving schools remained unsustainable during winter,they went bankrupt and faced the crisis of mergers and acquisitions.This will lead to a quicker reduction of student backlogs.Faced with this tough economic situation,how to make enterprises in such a brutal competition in the market invincible and healthy long-term development,business managers must develop a strategic goal for business development.In the article,Chengtong Automobile Driver Training Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Chengtong Driving School" is also the first driving school in Daxin which was established in 1982,formerly a government-owned enterprise)as the research object,we focus on the status,features and development of the enterprise in the driving training industry,features and the development,with in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment for the development of enterprises themselves,combined with PEST and SWOT analysis of the characteristics and applications,we put forward to our development strategy.The purpose of this article is to propose the measures to optimize the development of Chengtong driving school based on the comprehensive and in-depth study of the related theory of driving training industry,the characteristics of this industry and the existing problems in the operation mode of driving school in the whole industry structure.By optimizing the Chengtong driving school development strategy research,we expect to improve the driving development prospects of the training industry and maintain the stability of the national economy.
