Oriented Enterprise Groups, Collaborative Process Design And Application

Enterprise group is a economic union united by several enterprises. The producing work of union enterprises often has close relationship, especially for process design, which is a complicated and fussy work. The corporation of the relative units in the collectivity is important. But because of the distributing and distraction of enterprise group in section and management, problems of process design are as follows: inner information can not share properly; the organization control and association of inner group are difficult; process data are inconsistent, etc. The thesis studies on the problems existing in the collaborative process design in enterprise group. Based on the analysis of characteristics and needs of enterprise group in the collaborative process design , integrated collaborative process design system is constructed, and relative key technologies are studied, which aims at the rational design of enterprise collaborative process control and the effective management of information technology. The main contents are as follows:1. Collaborative process design of enterprise group is analyzed,and the requirements of collaborative process design of enterprise group are introduced. The system of collaborative process design aiming at enterprise group is presented.2. The key technologies to realize collaborative process design aiming at enterprise group are studied, a task-based danamic personnel organization is presented, the distributed Workflow Technology and the collaborative process design aiming at enterprise group are researched and discussed.3. As for chaotic situation of resource management, a unified collaborative process design manufacturing resource management is presented, and the implementation of key technologies, research, and practice are carried on.4. The application of the system in the implementation of enterprise group is demonstrated.It testifies that the integrated system can basically meet the requirements of enterprise group in the collaborative process design.
