Building materials equipment business is the pillar industry in the global manufacturing industry is facing the transition stage,Chinese building materials equipmententerprises should conform to the trend,improve the competitiveness of their own industries.However,Chinese manufacturing enterprises,especially small and medium enterprises,has been facing manufacturing resource scarcity,lacking of manufacturing capacity,and low level of information sharing.And poor manufacturing mode does need to be improved.Cloud manufacturing as a service-oriented,efficient,low network-based intelligent knowledge of the manufacture of new models and have been proposed,well suited to the development needs of the contemporary building materials equipment companies.Cloud Manufacturing Resource Optimization is one of the key technologies of cloud manufacturing systems,building materials equipment enterprise cloudmanufacturing resource optimization modeling and solving effects directly related to the development effectiveness of building materials equipment enterprise.Taking the background of the subject as an example,from the following aspects of the cloud environment building materials equipment enterprise resource configuration,the main work as follows:(1)Combined the status of building materials equipment enterprise,product features and business process analysis,enterprise manufacturing resources for building materials equipment for a detailed classification,description and definition.on this basis,leads to the building materials equipment enterprise cloud manufacturing resources theory,a cloud manufacturing platform during operation,as well as cloud manufacturing resource allocation system.(2)Design of building materials equipmententerprise under a cloud manufacturing environment equipment resource optimization process,and it carried out a detailed analysis,the cloud manufacturing resource preselection-primaries-the preferred model,and the establishment of building materials equipment enterprise cloud manufacturing resource evaluation index system.(3)Discusses in detail the building materials equipment enterprise cloud manufacturing resource optimization process of primaries and preferred process.For cloud manufacturing resources primaries stage,select the time,cost,quality,service and reliability evaluation,the establishment of a cloud manufacturing equipment resources primaries fuzzy analytic hierarchy process model based on device resources FAHP primaries;use the main objective method in order to minimize the total cost as the main goal to establish an objective function to limit the maximum time constraints,built cloud manufacturing resource optimization model,and finally,the use of improved genetic algorithm to solve this model,to achieve the purpose of the device resources preferred.And put the entire process to example for analysis.(4)The system requirements for the cloud environment building materials equipment enterprise manufacturing resource management platform to determine the system needs to reach the goal and development environment,and analyzed to obtain its overall structural design,build a prototype system in some building materials equipment companies the applications,and achieved good results.
