Planning And Technical Studies, Based On The Dynamic Process Of Network Of Manufacturing Resources Division

As the network technology develop rapidly, as well as combined with the network technology and the manufacturing technology the Networked Manufacturing technology come into being. The Advanced Manufacturing Technology research now mostly focuses on Networked Manufacturing and Mass Customization. With Virtual Manufacturing Enterprises developing higher requirements for CAPP have been put forward. It is especially need that CAPP have networked process route planning based on dynamic manufacturing resources. Under the support of a CIMS project of High Technology Research and Development Program of China and toward virtual manufacturing enterprises, this paper introduces the key technology and framework of the Networked Process Route Planning System Based on Dynamic Manufacturing Resources. Main points of this paper include:1. Through analyzing the situation of the process route planning in the current CAPP, the function and the framework of the networked process route planning system based on dynamic resources are given in details.2. The method of the dynamic manufacturing resources information modeling is studied. After referring to current manufacturing resources information modeling methods and taking the actual situation of the project into account, the method combining logical manufacturing unit imfornation modeling with physical manufacturing unit information modeling is presented to describe dynamic manufacturing resources in the Virtual Manufacturing Eterprises. The definition of logical manufacturing unit and physical manufacturing unit are given.3. Solution for process route planning on multi-enterprise environment is presented. The research on knowledge-based part logical manufacturing process design, executive manufacturing process design and process route optimization was done, as the definition of the logical manufacturing process and executive manufacturing process are given.4. Internet-based information integration, between the Networked Process Route Planning Based system on Dynamic Manufacturing Resources and other in Networked Manufacturing systems, is studied in this paper, as well as the realization of information integration via Web Services.
