Take province of Shaanxi as an example, through surveying expressway communication facility of the province of Shaanxi, combine the expressway overall arrangement built of expressway overall arrangement and planning in the province of Shaanxi, optimize the communication network of province of Shaanxi.To the new business demand of the expressway, use for charge , control , office automation data transmission means of information router way optimize for IP over SDH way by traditional light person who carry; Person who carry way optimize as MPEG-2 digital compiled code transmission means only by traditional simulation picture transmission means of information of monitoring system; Apply call center system to city of expressway meet an urgent need , link systematic planning and service for society of the information issue.This thesis has also followed prospect and trend of the communication technical development, the communication network of the expressway has been predicted and planned boldly to the future, have put forward the thinking of building network NGN of future generation taking exchange softly , IPV6 and mere network of intelligence as key technology.
