Study On Expressway Communication System Planning In Shaanxi Province

In order to leverage the in-use roads, in-construction roads and roads being plannedbetter, to enhance the connection and compatibility, to decrease the construction cost, toreduce the waste of telecommunication resource, and improve the quality oftelecommunication system management, the need of conducting the research on‘Planning ofHighway Network Telecommunication System in Shaanxi Province’ is of great urgency, toadapt to the Highway development in Shaanxi Province.Based on the above-mentioned demands, the major research scope is as following:investigate on the networking of highway telecommunication backbone networks, study theusage of highway network telecommunication resource, collect and analyze the relevant data;make a plan for the layout design and telecommunication resource allocation of arterialnetwork, switching network, access network and supporting network for highway networkedtolling telecommunication network system among all in-use roads, in-construction roads androads being planned in Shaanxi Province. According to the functionality and performancerequirements of highway comprehensive monitoring system in Shaanxi Province and businessneeds of other highway information management system, the plan for the networkedtelecommunication system of provincial highway comprehensive monitoring system is made;furthermore, the fundamental needs on telecommunication channel resource and functionalityare specified.
