At present, traffic accidents investigation of scene and crash analysis mainly rely on the traditional artificial methods. These results are not usually aimed at and lack accuracy. This paper deeply researches the traditional and the computer technology analytical methods of crash speed depending on the real road traffic accidents survey. And this paper approaches the interface methods between the scene survey and the accidents analysis. It has very important realistic, social meaning and economic worth that analyzing the accident causes scientifically, asserting responsibility accurately and dealing with justly.In this paper, it researches and analyzes the traditional methods of crash speed. Then it researches the algorithm of the accidents analysis based on the computer technology. Relying on the "traffic accident analysis system of the crash reconstruction" developed by the traffic safety research group of University of Chang An, it puts forward the methods of scene survey and data record. On this basis, it has researched and analyzed the application mode and methods of the "traffic accident analysis system of the crash reconstruction" .
