| This dissertation presents the theory and method of integration schedule control based on the characteristics of aviation project. Analysis of the background and elementary techniques of aviation schedule control, the model of integration schedule control is proposed in which the indexes of the time, cost and quality are integrated into double code time-coordinate network figure. On the basis of the model, the status analysis method of project based on improved earned value management (EVM) is discussed;then, the progress adjustment technique based on fuzzy dynamic programming (FDP) is proposed to obtain the optimization adjustment scheme. Furthermore, an integration schedule control system is developed and some aviation assembly project is introduced as an example to demonstrate the process and validity of the method.The dissertation is organized as follows:Chapter 1 gives the basic concept of schedule control on aviation project;from the aspect of the schedule variance identification and the progress adjustment, gives a review of the development situation of schedule control on aviation project, and the background, significance and contents of schedule control are proposed particularly.Chapter 2 presents the characteristic of aviation schedule control, and analyses the input, output and operation flow of schedule control system;proposes the basic concept of integration schedule control and its practical meaning on the aviation project;expatiates a control method combining schedule with target cost and gives the model of integration schedule control.Chapter 3 presents the theory of EVM, including its three indexes system and statistics elements;proposes the status analysis method based on improved EVM, discusses the technique of the variance identification on schedule and cost, the performance analysis and the forecast of the key information.Chapter 4 analyses the characteristic of progress adjustment on aviation project;presents the method of progress adjustment based on FDP, through importing the mood arithmetic operators and combining dynamic programming method with fuzzyoptimization theory, which consists of qualitative and quantitative indexes and implements optimization adjustment of aviation scheme.Chapter 5 designs and develops a prototype system for integration schedule control under the web environment by using ASP.NET and Java Applet;to validate the ideas and methods proposed in this dissertation, some aviation assembly project is introduced as an example.Chapter 6 draws some conclusions and the future directions in the field. |
