In order to improve the pavement performance of cement-lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates. This paper has analyzed and summaried research situations and trends of home and abroad; Meanwhile, this paper has studied five different representative gradation schemes. In the course of studying five gradation schemes. Firstly, the ratio of fine aggregates to the cement-lime-fly ash is confirmed by the unconfined strength index. Secondly, the gradation of fine aggregates is calculated by the k method. Thirdly, the new gradation schemes are confirmed on the basis of original gradation schemes. Fourthly, the structure performance of different gradations is verified by bailey's method and the skeleton structure judging of SMA. Finally, the mechanics performance of different gradations is studied by directly shear test.Design method in volume is adopted in the design of cement-lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates, and this design method is modified. Meanwhile, based on this design method, the pavement behavior and performance of designed mixture is studied, including mechanical performance, stableness, anti-brushing performance, the anti-crack performance and fatigue performance.According to gray system theory, the primary and second factors influencing pavement performance were discussed in this paper. This research result has the important leading meaning in design and construction of cement-lime-fly ash treated crushed stone semi-rigid base.
