In our country, the damage of asphalt pavement of semi-rigid base have close relationship with road design, construction and maintenance. Through the improvement of semi-rigid base with asphalt concrete surface contact form, improve between layers of pavement structure strength and reliability, binding extended highways, it is great significant to improve service level of the road. This paper through indoor exposed-aggregate technology research and realization of cement-lime-fly ash stabilized surface, and exposed-aggregate concentration and exposed-aggregate depth of exposed-aggregate for the index of cement-lime-fly ash stabilized surface characteristics, the road performance and the interlayer stress condition todo further research, considering each performance, recommend the best exposed-aggregate concentration and best exposed-aggregate depth, comparing the production road.This study adopts concentration for 10% of the exposed-aggregate agent on grassroots for exposed petrochemical, through the exposed-aggregate and road performance comparison test of exposed-aggregate cement-lime-fly ash stabilized various performance analysis. Research results show that the exposed-aggregate depth with exposed-aggregate concentration increases depth change, in 2.0 mm to basic between 3.0 mm, After the exposed-aggregate cement-lime-fly ash stabilized with various performance indicators have different degree of change, but the use of reasonable exposed-aggregate agent does not affect the concentration of the basic performance, Through the analysis and the level of direct shear tests and erosion test and proof of exposed-aggregate cement-lime-fly ash stabilized between layers of binding condition is very obvious improvement, exposed-aggregate cement-lime-fly ash stabilized in practical engineering application has very big development space.The results of this study are integrated to cement-lime-fly ash semi-rigid use exposed-aggregate agent, can be very good to improve cement-lime-fly ash stabilized semi-rigid with asphalt concrete surface bonding between performance.
