| Cement stabilized gravel base has advantage on its high strength, low cost and wide source,been widely used in our primary highway,But the cement stabilized gravel material easily produces the shrinkage crack owing to the fact that it is very sensitive under the effect of temperature or humidity change.Based on studying composition and intensity mechanism of cement stabilizing aggregate mixture, test considers that influencing factor that aggregate composition to pavement performance of mixture is primary.This paper analyzes the situation of raw materials from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, gradual vibrating fill design method, strictly follow the"test methods of materials stabilized with inorganic binders for highway engineering requriements, use vibration compaction stage filling of the design. Through theoretical analysis and comparison of a large number of laboratory tests of four different regions of Inner Mongolia aggregate mechanical properties, frost resistance, anti-erosion properties, anti-shrinkage performance indicators such as road and pavement test road for authentication, obtained only by using high-quality raw materials and graded to ensure proper construction of the road with excellent performance, fewer cracks and long service life... |
