With the rapid development of highway transportation in our country,lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates mixtures have been applied widely for its excellent pavement performance. The aggregates gradation of lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates which is recommended by Design Specification of Highway Asphalt Pavement is finer,so that the anti-brushing performance and the anti-crack performance of lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates are worse. How to compensate the lacking of lime-fly ash stabilization aggregates as base course material and how to improve the useful capability of highway were more and more concentrated.According to choose 4 mixtures which are composed of different lime-fly ash content and different aggregate gradation, regulations of mechanics capability and shrinkage capability can be found by series of experiments and analyses about several factors such as binder content, graded style and curing time.Meanwhile, based on these regulations, the gradation and composition of the lime-fly ash stabilization aggregate which are satisfied the requires of base course's strength and shrinkage capability can be proposed. In order to improve the pavement performance of lime-fly ash stabilized broken pebble, the paper Adopted the design grading, specification grading .On the basis of single factor test, the interior experimental study is presented on the suited composing of lime-fly ash broken pebble. The best experimental project is selected in the experiment. Simultaneously, the distinct effect of every factor is studied in the paper. In this text, based on the lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates mixture design, the pavement behavior and performance of designed mixture is studied:including mechanical performance, stableness.Using design gradating will bring the great social and economic benefit forth.
