Electric distribution automatic system is given more attention as the major aspect of the electric power system automatic project. The low voltage distribution net orients to the vast low voltage customers that are in great number and disperse in a broadness load center. It must be a tendency that when we should not only program the distribution net synthetically but also use and manage them synthetically. The automatic meter reading (AMR) system is the technology guarantee for the commercialization of the electric power system.The data collection device must disperse in the entire low voltage customers because the energy collection system orient to the low voltage customers.All devices are expensive and the project is very complex. The design of communication method and the net must assure that the data can transit to the other system easily and the system can be used by the other system.This paper concisely analyzes the situation and difficulty of low power line carrier auto meter reading system, discusses the communication quality improving after adopting advanced direct spread spectrum communication,presents a new method for wavelet denoise threshold selections.Results obtained show that this method can reduce the white noise. For my understanding of the research of this aspect is still superficial, maybe some mistake in it, there are many improvements for my future study, I hope deeply that you will give the instruction for me.
