| DFll diesel locomotive is the primary locomotive whose velocity is enhanced in Chinese railway passenger transport system, whose electric-drive equipment is the most important part in the locomotive because it provides power for the all locomotive and directly controls the all locomotive's running and the accessories about illuminating and heating. At the same time, the electric-drive equipment is the part that is most complex, most difficult to master and most possible to be broken-down. The real-time instruction system of the DFll diesel locomotive's electric-drive equipment is developed for helping the drivers and the maintainers know well the manipulation and maintenance.In this paper, the electric-drive equipment is simplified in order to obtain its working status by computer to dispose the sampling values. AutoCAD is used to draw the circuit diagram of the electric-drive equipment; the further development tool ObjectARX2000 is used to develop the interface program in order to drive the static circuit diagram; the microcontroller is used to sample and transfer the samples to the PC; the Visual Basic is used to construct all the real-time instruction system of the DFll diesel locomotive's electric-drive equipment.The running results obtained from two railway units prove that the real-time instruction system of the DFll diesel locomotive's electric-drive equipment is successful. |
