With the development of science and technology, logistics for researching and testing in the launch field is becoming more and more important. The power supply station takes on the tasks of supplying power for the launch field and testing factory, whose reliability is highly required.In this paper, the condition and shortage of management and monitoring of the power supply station in the Xichang Satellite Launch Centre is analyzed and a remote monitoring system with Ethernet based on fieldbus technology for the power supply station is designed and realized.Firstly, based on the condition and management of the power supply station, the outline of the research, the scheme and structure of system are gived in view of fieldbus technology for the power supply station.Secondly, the modules and sensors used in the system are chosen and configured, such as the data gateway module, the data-acquisition modules and the isolated sensors. After that, the scheme of hardware connection of the system is designed and realized.Thirdly, the function of system is designed, including the system flow chart, all functions module flow charts. The system is developed with C++ Builder, Microsoft Access and ASP.NET.Finally, the method of issuing the monitoring data on Ethernet with ASP.NET technology is put forward. So, each computer connecting with Ethernet can browse the data acquired by monitoring system. |
